On 9 July 2018, the Executive Agency for education, audiovisual and culture (EACEA) announced the results of the 2018 Jean Monnet project competition of the European Union ERASMUS+Programme. 14 projects from Ukraine are recommended for funding by the European Union. The winning projects included the module of Jean Monnet in the direction of energy efficiency of the team of National University «Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic». The project 599740-EPP-1-2018-1-EN-EPPJMO-MODULE: CHALLENGES OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY: COOPERATION OF UKRAINE WITH THE EU aims to introduce European practices of managing energy efficiency of enterprises of Ukraine, development of recommendations on adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU standards, development of proposals for deepening energy cooperation between Ukraine and the EU and testing of the European experience of development of culture of energy consumption for the promotion of energy efficiency.
