On November 12, 2020, an interesting and meaningful study visit "We are young Europeans − therefore we aspire to energy saving" took place. The meeting with the students took place subject to quarantine restrictions, in the online format of the Zoom video conference.

The guests of the team implementing the Erasmus + program Jean Monnet "The challenges of energy efficiency: cooperation of Ukraine with the EU" (registration number 599740-EPP-1-2018-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE) were students of Municipal Institution «Poltava secondary school of I-III degrees №10 of Poltava town council of Poltava region».

The training event was dedicated to the International Energy Saving Day as part of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the National University " Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic".

Associate Professor of NU " Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic"Skryl VV presented current cases on the formation of energy-efficient consciousness of society. Consideration of extremely important issues for Ukraine will reduce energy consumption and efficient use of energy resources. Conducting training on energy efficiency will contribute to the economical use of energy resources and the education of a new generation of respect for natural resources and the environment.

The main task of the event is to promote the best European practices in the field of energy efficiency among young people!
