Participants of the Erasmus + Jean Monnet grant program "The challenges of energy efficiency: cooperation of Ukraine with the EU" (registration number 599740-EPP-1-2018-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE) of the National University "Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic" joined the Energy Days in Ukraine, which were held on April 5-9, 2021.

The organizers of such a large-scale event were the public organization "School of energy efficiency" within the framework of the project "Program of popularization and promotion of innovative educational programs for students and specialists in the field of EE" within the framework of the component "professional qualifications" of the project "Promotion of energy efficiency and implementation of the EU directive on energy efficiency in Ukraine" (2020-2025), which is implemented in Ukraine by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the governments of Germany and Switzerland.
